The school was founded in 1994, initially as a day-care centre called Kiddies Castle then grew in leaps and bounds to become the school that it is today. It's long history with the city and the community is evidenced by the sheer number of professionals and alumini around the world who have their roots firmly established at the school. Castle Bridge is a combined school accommodating Grade R’s right through to Grade 12 students. The school has all the facilities that we have come to expect from good schools that have the learner’s best interest at heart.
Admissions for 2017 are now open. Spaces are available in most grades but places are fast filling up. To apply, you can either contact the school by using the Contact Us page or you can download the form online, complete it and drop it off at the school with all supporting documentation. In addition, you can submit your application by email but please do ensure you scan and email through to us all supporting documents as well. We follow a comprehensive curriculum to ensure that our children have the best academic foundation for future endeavours. The following subjects are taught at Castle Bridge School;
English, Afrikaans, Sesotho, Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, Life Orientation, Physical Science, Life Science, Economics, Accounting, Business Studies, Tourism, Computer Applications Technology, Natural Science and Technology, Social Science, Technology, Economic Management Science and Creative Arts.
Depending on the grade of the child, school fees range from R10,890 - R13,200 per year. Stationery fees are between R 80 - R 320 per year. Book Fees are from between R100 - R1480 per year also based on the grade the child is in. The school provides flexible payment terms and good incentives. If fees are paid in full by March 2017, a discount of a month's worth of fees will be applied. Your commitment to pay school fees timeously allows us to focus on the work of educating your child into a leader of tomorrow.
